Husbands Sean and Daniel had talked about opening a coffee shop by the sea for years. After nine years living on a narrowboat, they moved to Hastings, started with a coffee machine and outdoor-kitchen pop-ups, and opened Greyskull in summer 2025. Their idea has grown into a place for serious coffee and ambitious food with the relaxed spirit of a British caff.
