Robin's Nest Coffee Shop

Robin’s Nest is an independent coffee shop in the heart of Chichester, serving specialty coffee alongside homemade cakes, salads and sandwiches. Its menu changes, with coffee sourced ethically from Plot Roasting and local, homemade produce at the centre of the offering. The shop grew from a long-standing interest in hospitality and the role shared food-and-drink spaces can play in community life. Its owner says they began working in hospitality while still at school, and wanted to create a place where staff are supported and customers can meet and feel welcome. Today, Robin’s Nest also hosts community events and supports local producers, bringing that people-first idea into its everyday café service.
