Browns Garage
Browns Garage has served Haywards Heath for generations, with its story beginning in 1912. Herbert Brown’s original garage stood on South Road, now the town’s main High Street. In the early days of motoring, when cars were scarce, the business mainly serviced and maintained bicycles and carts—the more affordable transport of the time. Today, Browns works on cars of all makes and models, from classics to supercars, and welcomes customers from Haywards Heath and nearby villages. Its services include servicing, repairs and diagnostics, MOT testing, air conditioning and tyre repair, alongside specialist engineering work such as welding and exhaust fabrication. The garage says it aims to provide high standards of workmanship at competitive rates.
