Tilly's Bookshop

Tilly’s Bookshop is an independent, fiction-led shop at 45 Warwick Street in Worthing, created by a prolific reader and former bookseller who wanted to make a welcoming place for everyone. Its story grew from a love of fiction and a wish to give readers room to slow down, browse and talk about books. Tilly has years of experience working in bookshops and sharing reviews online, and enjoys helping people find their next read—and hearing what they thought of a recommendation. The carefully selected shelves range from classics to new voices, with popular titles, children’s books, a small non-fiction selection, gifts and stationery too. The approach is personal and conversational: visitors can browse at their own pace, ask for suggestions or simply chat with the small team of readers. The shop welcomes readers at every stage, including future readers, and dogs are welcome too.
