Into the Blue Restaurant
Into the Blue is a family-run neighbourhood restaurant on Ferry Road, close to Shoreham Beach. Its menu brings together seafood, meat and vegetables, drawing on influences from around the world and built around quality ingredients. The restaurant describes its aim as serving really good food and drink in a comfortable, relaxed and informal dining room. The team uses reputable suppliers that support sustainable seafood, including for its native lobster, and makes an effort to use local seasonal produce.
