Bake Out Lancing
Bake Out began with a simple aim: to bring fresh, handmade bakes to local communities. The bakery opened its first shop in Lewes in July 2018, then expanded to Southwick that same year. In 2023, it moved its bakery operations from Newhaven to Lancing, where it now has a bakery and retail shop under one roof. Today, Bake Out serves Sussex from locations including Lancing, with counters stocked with freshly baked bread, pastries and savouries. Its approach is fresh, fast and friendly: the team says it focuses on quick, efficient service and bakes that are simple, tasty and satisfying, whether customers are stopping in for a morning croissant or a sandwich for lunch.
