Sakakini has been at 45 Carfax for more than twenty years, through a period when retail moved online and independent shops became harder to sustain. The Horsham jeweller is still doing what it has long done: helping people find jewellery, with an independent shop’s personal knowledge of its stock. Its collection spans diamond, gold, silver and gemstone jewellery, contemporary pieces and watches. Engagement and wedding rings are a major part of the business, with ready-to-wear styles to browse and try in store, as well as bespoke designs made to order. Visitors can come in for advice, explore the online shop at their own pace, or ask the team about a particular piece. The aim is straightforward: give honest, informed guidance, whether someone is choosing a significant ring, a gift or a pre-loved piece.
