Glow Accounts
Glow Accounts grew from a practical observation: small businesses often need the insight of a financial controller without needing one full time. Founder Stephen Crisp, a Chartered Management Accountant with experience across different industries, built the practice around filling that gap. Based at Crowborough’s Basepoint Business Centre, the team combines accounts and tax work with management reporting, bookkeeping, payroll and outsourced finance support. Xero and other accounting systems help turn day-to-day figures into information owners can use. The aim is clarity: understanding profitability, cash flow and the decisions that shape a business’s future, alongside the dependable accounting support needed to keep everything running.
